Balloon Prep
Our Balloon Prep service ensures your balloons are inflated and ready for assembly! We inflate your balloons in the configuration of your choice and place them in disposable or reusable balloon bags, organized by size and color. You can provide professional brand balloons or we can source high-quality, professional-grade balloons for an additional fee.
Pricing:
Per Foot: $3.50 per foot (for garlands, columns, and arches)
Per Balloon: Call for quote (Used for large décor installs that require size-specific duplets or quads balloon walls.
Pick-up & Go
For clients who want more than just balloon inflation, we offer our Pick-Up and Go option. We’ll assemble the balloon decor and you can pick it up, ready to be placed at your event.
Includes: Fully assembled balloon decor.
Ideal For: Balloon artists or planners who want to save time by picking up completed pieces and handling final placement themselves.
Pricing: Based on the complexity and size of the decor. Contact us for a custom quote.
Vendor Partner
For those who want a full-service experience under their own brand, our Vendor Partner option provides on-site setup and installation. We work seamlessly with your team to set up the balloon decor at the event location. The best part? We operate under your company name, offering a white-label experience to your clients.
Ideal For: Event planners who want the expertise of professional balloon installation while maintaining their own branding with clients.

HOW TO GET STARTED
How to Order:
Specify final job needs such as 8 ft organic garland, classic two-color column, etc. This helps with planning preparation and assembling necessary materials.
Let us know your desired balloon prep configuration (duplets, quads, clusters)
and the total footage or quantity needed.
Choose if you will be providing the balloons or if you'd like us to source high-quality, professional-grade balloons for an additional fee.
Delivery & Pick-Up:
Your balloons will be neatly organized and ready to go! Pick-up is available, or we can arrange delivery for an additional fee (price based on distance).
Lead Time:
Please provide at least 2-week notice. Rush orders are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
